Refund Policy

At BelleVee Interiors, most of our items are offered on a pre-order basis. This means products are specially sourced and prepared once your order is placed.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled with-in 24 hours before processing has begun 

After 24 hours, cancellations may not be possible as your order may already be in production or sourced from our supplier.

Pre-order items are sourced specifically for your order. Once processing has begun, the order cannot be cancelled.

Returns

Because pre-order items are specially ordered for you, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for:

Change of mind

Incorrect selection

Delays within the estimated lead time

However, we will gladly assist if your item:

Arrives damaged

Is defective

Is significantly different from what was described

You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery and provide clear photographs of the issue.

Damaged or Faulty Items

If approved, we will:

Replace the item, or

Offer a refund where replacement is not possible

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
